Conception

Airex Control has a service of computer-assistance design who realize in collaboration with engineering, plans and project for then subjecting them for approval before manufacturing.
Estimate
A specialized technical representative will analyse the problem on the existing installation site and then he will take note of modifications that will be needed. For the projects of great scale, a technical team will take more complet readings to evaluate what are the best solutions. With all the technical informations in hands, Airex Control can determinate which solution will be appropriate to solve the problem. Finding a solution is one thing but it needs to be adapted to the existing installations without reducing the productivity nor doing unjustified modifications. Detailed, complet and including all steps of the project, the estimate does not leave anything randomly.
Fabrication
Airex Control has an electrical workshop who is necessary for conception of pannel and equipment manufactured by the technical team. Technical team is working in close collaboration with the workshop to follow the evolution of work and to verify the quality of the product before delivery to the customer. In this way, projects are being personalized and Airex Control puts constant efforts to reach a high quality control and an unequalled manufacturing lead times in industry.
Installation and start-up
Airex Control will bring detailed attention to the different steps of installation so adaptation of the new systems in place will not reduce the efficiency and the productivity of the industry. To do so, Airex Control will make sure to reach the following objectives:
