Caractéristiques

Control Mode The Smart Pulser has 4 different control modes.

Sequential

The solenoides are activated in ascending order 1,2,3,4…

Impair/pair

The impair solenoides are activated and then the pairs 1,3,5,2,4,6

User

The sequence of activation is given by the user.

Test

The Smart Pulser has 3 types of tests:

  • Sequential
  • Valve
  • Remote Test

System Description

The Smart Pulser of AIrex Control is the dust collector controller the most technologically advanced on the market.  While integrating functions of more powerful, the Smart Pulser remains before very economic.

The Smart Pulser has a control system for dust collector using pulsated blast air mode.  This collector has moreover many functions reducing the time of starting and breakdown service.

VIsual Indicators

The Smart Pulser has two liknes of 4 characters each to improve the supervision and configuration of the system. Moreover, the status of each output is represented using a LED.

Control system

The Smart Pulser has 4 buttons which make it possible to configure the system, navigate in the menu and to set out again to zero an alarm.  The buttons are installed on the circuit but they can also be installted on the electrical case as an optin.

Automatic adjustment

This function has like characteristic to indicate automatically the delay between each air blasts.  This calculation is carried out according to the measured differential pressure and parameters entered at the time of the system configuration.

Mode test

The mode test makes it possible to check the functionality of the system in using delays different from the ones in normal mode.  Moreover, this mode allow to check one or many valves with the choice of the user.  The Valve Test Mode allows to pulsate continuously a valve.  For the sequential test, each valve of the system will be pulsated with test delays selected.  For the remote test, the user can change the valve or pulsate a remote valve using a remote control.
